Lee Rosen, the founder of TRAMS (TRAMS Back Office, ClientBase, and ClientBase Marketing) is moving on! This is a huge loss for the travel industry and I wish Lee well in his future endeavors–there is no doubt in my mind.

Lee is one of the most vocal cheerleaders of the travel agent and has developed products that not only make our jobs easier, they actually make us money. Being a personal user of bothe TRAMS Back Office and ClientBase for many years, I can honestly say I never regretted paying that bill.

Lee had a unique vision and brought it to the marketplace and now TBO is in over 10,000 agencies and ClientBase is used by over 35,000 agents nationwide!

He was a leader and a visionary and will be sorely missed in the travel industry and I wish him nothing but the best for the future!  Lee, THANK YOU–from a very satisfied client and huge fan!

Premature launch

To those that received an email from AWeber, our emailing service, welcome and thanks you for stopping by.

The mail was sent a bit prematurely as I had hoped to have the design elements and a few posts and a few more bells and whistles on here first. But technology got the best of me!

But welcome. Hopefully this will become a place for you to get youe marketing questions answered and any help with ClientBase you might need. Don’t expect it to turn into a social forum or a bulletin board…as Jack Friday used to say…just the facts!

You have come to the right place if you are looking for help with ClientBase or even just some fantastic marketing tips.

We will offer a very periodic newsletter (no more than monthly), regular tips and tricks, and if you need more specialized help, we are available for hire–on the phone, by remote web programs, or in person.
