Have you ever done a query to get some really useful information only to forget it the next time you want it?
Well, save it! Or save it and share it!
No matter where you have a query (profiles, res cards, inventory, activities, etc) you can always save it for future use.
Click FILE–>SAVE QUERY AS–>PERSONAL (or GLOBAL if you have other users)–>TYPE IN THE NAME
Now, the saved query will be right there at your fingertips to use (or modify time and time again).
When I develop my marketing plan, I do an awful lot of queries to provide my preferred suppliers valid information. Saving queries makes it VERY easy for me year after year.
